Stepfather 3 (1992)

Check out the new STEPFATHER 3 page at SET-JETTER.COM

ORIGINAL BLOG:

After the great original Stepfather (1987), and after the semi-okay Stepfather 2, but before the pretty bad 2009 remake of Stepfather, came the tv-movie of Stepfather 3. Terry O'Quinn's absence is heavily  missed, but he could probably only do so much to elevate the material.   This film is particularly hard to find locations for due to the cruddy VHS copy I have, but here goes....

First up is the little church found up in Burbank....

Next is a series of sets from a driving scene shot up in Monrovia.  As they turn the corner, you can see this store....

As they turn, these storefronts can be seen through the window (and was also featured in You Again)....

These storefronts can be seen on the passenger side....

The stepfather sees his girlfriend and son in front of these stores....

And nearly has an accident at this intersection....

Alrighty, the main house.  Usually with lower-budget productions, they stick to one general area, but this film was all over the place.   I tracked down the home up in Simi Valley....
